Teamwork Lessens the Load and Increases Results!

Sounds like a sales pitch, doesn’t it!  Well, in a way, it is.  But, we’re not selling anything.  And, we’re not offering anything in return for outstanding performance … although, that’s not altogether correct.  The return you’ll receive from becoming part of the “Creative Giving Team” is worth more than gold and lasts for eternity!

Here’s how this works … not at all hard and actually kind of exciting!

We have created a special “Donor Page” for Heart of God Haiti with a goal of raising $10,000.  Although this isn’t an “event,” it will work just the same.  There are many projects that need to be funded so we just picked a goal that would help us through the next months as we continue to build the ministry in Haiti, make improvements at Victory Center, and provide the necessities not covered by our current donor base.

On the “Donor Page” there is a link for anyone to use who may be interested in helping us raise awareness and funding.  Click on the link and register as a “Fundraiser” for Heart of God Haiti.  After you have registered, you will have a page just like our “Donor Page” but the url (website address) will end with your name … it is your page!  You can edit the personal information section at the top, rewrite your goals or why you want to get involved, and even add your picture or one that will help your friends identify you as a “Creative Giving Team” member. You can set your own personal fundraising goals, too!  You can set up your page to reflect your heart for the ministry in Haiti.

Once you have your page set up, you have become an official “Creative Giving Team” member and you are able to do fundraising on behalf of Heart of God Haiti through this media.  Any donation made through your page will be automatically credited to Heart of God Haiti.  You will get a notice when someone donates so you can send them a thank you note and perhaps encourage them to become part of your team!

You read that right … you can become a team leader of your own fundraising team to raise awareness and support on behalf of Heart of God Haiti.  Build a team through your own contacts and friends and watch as God uses people everywhere through your efforts to increase the donor base for Heart of God Haiti while increasing the awareness of the work being done in Haiti.

You can have an enormous impact on the ministry in Haiti, even if you personally cannot give.  Helping us raise the funding is important.  Helping us raise awareness is equally important.  Praying for us is of paramount importance.

There’s so much that could be done, and you’re just the right person to get involved!  Pray for Heart of God Haiti and the 77 children at Victory Center in Kenscoff.  Pray for the Executive Director as he makes decisions that directly impact the ministry. Pray for Pastor Dicksent as he works with the children day and night, leading them by example and teaching them how to live with integrity and honor.  And, pray that God will continue to provide for every need, both now and those to come.
