On Saturday the medical team that was rained out on Monday finally made it to the orphanage and saw all 34 of our kids and about another 20 from the village. All the kids were given de-worming meds, and were put on some vitamins, allergy meds, and antibiotics as needed.A few of the kids need further medical tests run, which will require a trip to the hospital in Port-au-Prince. I am still waiting on exact details and the expected costs from the doctor.
Here are a few pics of the volunteers from Life Paths Global Alliance being greeted by the children and of the doctor and his medical staff seeing the kids.
