Our Budding Photographers (or not…)

Anthony Ingram, Living Life On Mission With Jesus

Last week I posted about our kids exploring modern technology, as we used the internet and my iPhone to make new friends and visit with old ones in the U.S. through FaceTime and Skype.

Little by little, their curiosity increases with every visit, as these kids who have only ever known life in the mountains of Haiti are discovering there is a wider world of possibilities. And they want in.

Yesterday the question finally came (in the form of crowding and grabbing) to have me not just taking pictures on my phone, but to teach them to take pictures, too. As the camera got passed around to all the kids, they showed each other which button to press and helped one another aim it for better pics.

So here is a sampling of the best and worst of our kids’ first day as amateur photographers (from well over 100 pics).
